Well, it's Friday afternoon and I've watched this climb from 5.5 at 10 votes to 6.70 at 48 votes.

I'm enjoying the comments to date and guess this is not seen as your (or my) run of the mill water drop.

I use a triple valve kit called mjkzz and whilst it syncs the speedlights, drops and shutter it by no means does all the work for you and I'm working in single micro seconds!

I've attached the resized and converted from RAW original so you can see just how much post editing I had to do (about 5 minutes).

This nearly didn't get submitted as I wanted a gap between the top of the drop and the border but this might have gone in my favour by adding a little to the mystery?

Amazing and much better than the run of the mill water drops. My favourite image in this free challenge. Really must give these a try myself. Love to see a tutorial.

Look forward to seeing outtakes of this. Hard to imagine how you pulled this off. The technicals are superb (I think I'm reading too much Brennan ;) no vote.

This, I assume is a glass sculpture. Lovely symmetry and colour.

The thing is, I look and think that this may be a water-drop shot and if it is, it would be the best I’ve ever seen. So how to score it? I would rather give a higher score to a shot that tricked me that a lower score to a remarkable capture. A 10 from me.
