I like it how you have captured the hill and the ants walking away from aside, with using minimal depth of field. A pity about the big white spot and the graininess in the image.

Ok ... I think this one could have been excellent if you had awoided including the white or over exposed part. Also I think the DOF is a litle bit to much.

Would have tried this shot from a different angle to avoid the blown out area in the background.

I don't know what to recommend here... perhaps a different composition that focuses more closely on the ant hill itself? Or maybe just crop out the bottom part of the picture that is out of focus and keep the line of ants leading up to the ant hill. The background (which at least is blurred ... good!) is still distracting due to the extreme what on the right.

I like the blured background like the colors like the subject like the saturation.
Don't realy like the foreground, I think a different crop might work for this picture.
