This is one of my favorite spots in Madison. It has been featured in challenge entries in the past in winter and early spring. Never this late in the year.
I caught it at the exact right time to get the sun cresting in a way to get the sun rays visible.
Using my 14mm lens, I was able to capture so much of the scene.

A little bright but it is bright. A little yellow but it is spring - and maybe early morning. Pretty scene and the sun and flare are very nice. Not so sure about the green dots.
