 Surprised this got a ribbon. It is just very shiny (silver coated) green wrapping paper.
Disqualification Details
You may not use ANY editing tool to create new image area, objects or features (such as lens flare or motion) that didn't already exist in your original capture. In this case, your effects filter as created a bunch of totally new, asparagus-like cylinders that simply and utterly change the image. We have been pretty relaxed with filters as long as the underlying image remains recognizable, but this has gone too far.

So how did you get this effect anyway, it does look entirely diff to the original?

Well, this is certainly different. While I like the varying depths (foreground to background) of the tubular forms, the highly chaotic angles don't resonate, for me. The erratic angles don't guide my eye through the image or to a particular place in it. The color is fabulous, though.
