A little over a year ago, I looked out my back window as a herd of white tailed deer were passing through at dusk. I said to my wife, "What the hell is that???". With them was what looked like a goat. I then realized that it was a white deer. He continued coming around over the year. Then a few weeks ago, I was watching the deer again, and a white deer (actually, it's called a 'piebald') was with them. But something seemed different. The markings seemed different, so I pulled up a photo, and sure enough, this appeared to be a different piebald. That was confirmed the day that I took this photo, as they were both in my yard at the same time. As rare as they are, I now have two wandering through my yard. I guess it's in the gene pool now.
