Colors are spot on, and I have never seen fresh mozzarella before....just the rubbery stuff....Sounds like it was yummy.....
(maybe my laptop display isn't so bad after all since the colors match exactly....)
Can't remember making pizza with egg, and the fresh mozzarella must make it way different than the rubbery stuff we usually get here. I love red onions, and I've realized they're very photogenic, but I haven't gotten around to photographing any yet ... :-(
