Well, evenif the blur was not in the stratosphere, you got 8.
Always so much to consider with your images.
I liked how the people on the right are falling out of the picture.
Good title.

| I should have guessed from the location and would have if I had had the presence of mind to comment. And I did give a 6 which should have been higher except I'm reminded of the topic and can't find any blur. Exceptional reflected discovery well framed however. |
