thanks for the comments. No, this is not infrared, just simple black and white processed from a color photo.

Something unnatural about all those whites (infrared?), but the comp and details are visually rewarding. voted earlier

Nice otherworldly atmosphere to this modestly contoured scene with water. I especially like the foreground vegetation, dead and alive.
