I know it's not very dappled -- but I did try! It was overcast, so I had no chance of outdoor dappling, so I kept trying to make dappled light indoors. I tried shooting through lace, tried making my own gobo, more lace, even large bubble wrap. Nothing seemed to dapple much.

Of course, there wasn't supposed to be a cat in the shot. I actually was just going to do the spilled glass. And then Mo decided to drink the spilled water.

He was right, of course. Any shot is improved with a cat in it! The wine glass itself was really boring. I think this is kind of fun. Even though it's not very dappled -- despite the fact that I tried!!

I am not really sure this qualifies as dappled light. For the most part, I really like the image, except for the background.
