 Tried to capture the "steam" rising but it was pretty faint. Minimal editing (except for a slight crop) with IrfanView.

-FL 36mm (35mm EQ) in SuperMacro mode
-Resize
-Crop 16px from right
-Sharpen (applied twice)
-SaveAs JPEG at 99% quality = 692KB
