 Thanks everyone for the comments and votes. Not a bad record for the little camera, second 6+ finish.

GoPro on a GoPole Evo stick, held at different angles while taking burst photo shots with the remote (my iPhone). There were quite a few successful shots, including some with even more dramatic snow flying at the camera, but - no shoe.

Shoe brand is DAEH because the image is flipped for left-to-right motion, as suggested. Thanks Scott :-).
