Both versions are nice. I like this one better. I love these tones. And I love the clarity of her eyes in both versions.

I'm always more drawn to b&w portraits, I feel like they really let you focus on the subject. This is really nice from a technical standpoint but I'm also a fan of the relaxed pose and distant gaze.
