 The five blocks of Telegraph Avenue immediately south of the University of California campus are closed for six days each December to allow the street merchants (many of whom sell from the sidewalk year-round) to have a better setting to sell their art, crafts, jewelry, and other products and services during the holiday gift-giving season.

A familiar sight for sure. I love street fairs, but this is not a particularly exciting view of one. Very deep shadows in the arguably the most interesting part, and the processing just makes it worse.
