I'm not very fond of the overall look of this, tough to put my finger on why but between the color cast from the lights, the particular angle of the shot relative to the building and the glare from the top left it's all a bit distracting.

A bit dark; the same image could have been accomplished under 30 seconds. What is the story behind the image?
