I'm voting this low because #1 it's not very in focus and has no contrast, #2 it's not very interesting, #3 I can't realllly tell if it's a night shot, and #4 it doesn't look like much of an effort was made...sorry!
This doesn't resonate with me. Technically it's a good workmanlike image except possibly for comp. I think it's that the subject matter leaves me a little cold. Sorry to seem negative. Just my opinion.
