 HDR image (made from 5 images), tripod mounted, with 2 ND filters (13 stops). Processed in HDR Efex Pro 2 and Photoshop CC. Effort was made to keep the photo natural looking so adjustments were pretty minor. The sun reflected off of buildings in the area, creating the dappled affect.
