Not a lot going on here really - but the least I'd is to shoot low down or anything but eye-level which really makes the viewpoint quite dull. You good have got close to fire truck perhaps and shot the fireman with some of the shiny bodywork (incl the bell) in the foreground?

should have set the focal point on the firefighter... could have been more cool....

Would have been more effective with some blur showing motion or some such. As it is, it's pretty static.
