Greetings from Andi and the Critique Club Tony.
I think this image works well in B&W but am not sure about the treatment, you have all the tones here (thanks to HDR) but it still looks a little flat and can't put my finger on why. The main post and bucket would look better if you had brought out more detail in them?
Personally I think moving back would help the image as it's all a little tight. Or, moving closer to get more detail of the process of making candles might have worked even better.
The subject is interesting and think more thought on the composition would have helped your score here. |

A different crop, taking some off from the right would have made a much stronger image. Feel that the girl on the right is just a bit to centered for my taste. |

I like the scene but not the processing. My eye is constantly pulled away from the subject. |
