 Topaz adjust - equalization, mild color boost, dynamic brightness. Some sharpening and lightened the hawk's eye a bit.

Did get some shots before he went behind the tree!

A good in-flight photo, if slightly out of focus on the subject, combined with an interesting view of the tree. Put the two together and it's very striking, colorful and meets the challenge well.
