Good candid, and I like the title.
At first glance the composition seems a bit busy, but when I look at the row of people all doing their own thing looking in various directions they all become obvious pieces of this moment. It does feel a bit cramped on the right side, though, as several of them seem to be looking off to the right.

Just like you, I love the preposterous street moments when ordinary people momentarily wear a silly costume. Great chorus line in support makes this one all the more fun. I think we all do these absurd things in public and never know it, because they're only one heartbeat; the observer's eye can't see them unless it's connected to a camera. Into my 7+ selections. Thank you.
