Love all the wispy clouds; the hawk's appearance was a bonus, and he found a great spot to spread his wings and soar.

PP - converted from RAW, cropped, dupe layer (auto smartfix, Viveza to lighten vignette and bit of sky, mostly erased hawk, flattened at about 80% opacity), cloned out a gazillion spots of sensor dust, Nik CEP tonal contrast at about 80% opacity, resized, sharpen, Nik CEP glamour glow.

Mesmerizing. Maybe I would have liked a sharper focus on the hawk and a little less centered, but this image still is a very laudable entry for this challenge. Good luck.

Beautiful sky frames a great bird. Might be stronger if the bird were above center and further to the right, flying into the picture.

Handsome bird, and nicely framed in the clouds.
