 No macro lens means I have to do what I can with a regular lens. I have a feeling this will be easily guessed... and not many people will think of it as "abstract" but oh well. The idea came to me out of the blue while bored at work......

Now that I've entered it, I don't like it as much as I originally did and I find myself wishing it had better focus and sharpness, so I'm definitely expecting those comments from people...

Clever, simple idea. Would have preferred the red end to have been in crisper focus.
