Not much processing here, taken from the middle exposure of 5 shots. Simple processing and added a little saturation, sharpening and cropped.

Overall impression is that this is a lovely capture of a beautiful sunset. Processing is pretty much spot on - great colors not oversaturated as some might be want to do. It's great that you got that bird in flight as well. Unfortunately, the sky is king in this photo, and while in other circumstances framing the bird or even the sun using the tree branches and the grasses would work well, with the sky as is it only serves to block more of what I want to see.

There's not a lot to really say outside of that. I think we sometimes over think a scene and want to use techniques like framing because they're available and not necessarily because we need them. I gave this a 6 originally because it was well processed, but would have likely gone as high as an 8 if the tree wasn't there. If I want to get critical I could point to a slightly skewed horizon (it's a tad lower on the right), and also suggest that you move the horizon line a little lower in the frame (think rule of thirds) which would add more of the gorgeous sky and eliminate some of the dead zone at the bottom of the frame. Even a 2:3 crop instead of the 5:7 you're using improves the lines a bit if you crop out the bottom.

Like the last pic of the day. And a very well done one at that. The details though out the image are impressive

The silhouetted natural framing is great. Very nice job.
