I think the depth of field is too shallow, and there seems to be some motion blur so nothing in the photo seems sharp. Light is always your friend with macro, anything you can do to bring light onto the subject and increase the shutter speed will help when you are so close to the subject.

this is a fun shot... the warm tones pulls it off and makes me look at the picture just a bit longer, I can not tell what it is though unless it is some sort of crab or spider..
