 I thought this was a tough challenge, it really called for some creative thinking. As I was reviewing some photos at work, one happened to remind of a photo of a tiny plant in a small pile of soil. Perfect.

Even more perfect would be someone holding said plant and soil. (I love nature, and thought that were the earth gone that the beauty of nature would be a major loss.) But, I am not strong taking landscape photos. I'm just not, yet. But I did think I might be able to pull off photographing a tiny plant in studio.

Bless my husband for modeling. (I tried a few shots where I held the plant, but I couldn't get any shots with just one hand to look really great.) I tried over two days for this shot. On day two I tried the shot with dirt underneath his hands, but when I went to processing I noticed the plant in those shots was not in quite the right spot so those images just were not as strong as this one. But I was happy with the final product.

I have to thank my team (The Magnificent 7) for helping with tips after processing so I could bring out the best in what I did capture.

It was exciting to get a PB on the last day of TPL.
