The mans posture and leaning clouds juxtaposed with the old pilings works well. A little heavy on vignette for my taste but no big deal. Your score is pretty decent but I'm surprised by the lack of comments.

These old pilings have such a timeless but deteriorating quality I find difficult to catch - but your solution to include the person with his pouting posture helps makes the point. voted earlier
