 My first attempt at photographing people. (Aside from quick, family snapshots.) It felt rather uncomfortable, primarily because I know I really have no idea what I'm doing.

But this guy was all alone along this long bench - and screamed to me "College Coffee". I got lucky and one of the shots had a great head in hands moment - that made the shot a bit more interesting to me. I'm not sure how I did overall. I truly do not feel like I understand how to create strong black and white photos, and I'll need to keep shooting more people to learn more about body shapes, lighting, and composition. But I'm proud that I tried and captured something that is hopefully not terrible.

He seems frustrated. Perhaps he's checking his DPC score? Ha!

The image is a tad too dark, but I like the composition that includes the artwork on the wall.
