i feel this would have worked better if you cropped the top smoke out of the entry by about 50% of the distance from the top of the main burst and the top of the image (just above that white offshoot from the topmost firework, on the left side). i think the firework top exploding out of frame wouldn't be as detrimental to score as more empty space/smoke above the main burst might be.
but, that's just my opinion on the image.
