 I really had photographers block until I looked down in my bowl after finishing my breakfast and saw, "MILK". So, this is what I came up with for the "GOT MILK?" challenge. :-)

Critique Club Review

Overall exposure is good. Focus is good, nice and sharp. I'd have to go with some of the other comments about this picture. A very nice picture, that is technically well done. However, there just doesn't seem to be a central point of interest. Milk you got, but it blends into the bowl as part of the background. It strikes me as just lying there waiting for something to happen. Like it wants to be doing something. Splashes and drips have been done to death lately. However, maybe the cereal tumbling into the milk all nice and colorful would have worked here.

this would have been a great shot if the bowl was full of the cereal. It doesn't look very appetizing. Keep shooting. Your focus is good though. I can see you winning a ribbon in the future. :)

making the apature smaller will increase the depth of focus so the flakes are not blurry...

This is a very nice photo of something that isn't very interesting.... soggy cereal! Bleh. I really like the metallic sheen of the spoon against the ceramic bowl and the milk, and the lighting and focus are spot on, but the subect matter just doesn't inspire me.
