Thought this would be a lot higher than it finished. Loved the clouds and the contrasts in the shot. I still think its a wonderful shot.

Let me say that I like the colors how they are, and wow- those clouds were nice. I like your treatment of the colors; and processing is not the issue here, the issue is the the camera location point and compositional angle, and its not your fault, its just that the spot you photographed from isn't a wow factor angle. That being said, it probably creates a situation where voters recognize the terrific subject but want more out the composition, where here you are a bit below the subject and it creates a primitive perspective feel, more Warren Kimble than DPC wow factor.
Sorry for the long explanation, sometimes I just have to rationalize a photos place in the "voting scheme"(and this time I did it out loud.)

Kind of like a post card, although the colors seem way oversaturated which has resulted in a lot of the details looking a bit smudged.

Shadows a little too dark in the foreground, highlights a little blown out in the middle left, but otherwise a lovely shot. 7

Looks like the clarity slider got stuck, sorry. The scene would be a lot better with less severe processing; as it stands, it doesn't look remotely real. A shame as clearly the buildings are interesting and in an interesting location.
