 Bored at work, I wanted to try some photography on flowers. I saw this flower that had a nice yellow and red mixture to it. I called it "Anger Blooming" because that night was a very difficult night being short staffed and an infant had died because of a mother who had taken heroin just before she gave birth.

To capture the blur, I just rotated the camera while hand holding it which gave it a nice powerful effect of how I was feeling that night.

I adjusted the clarity, saturation, exposure and a few other areas to give it more power. I then used to DeNoise to get a bit of the noise reduce.

I like your play on words for the title. I almost wish this was either cropped less, or cropped more though.
