I'm ashamed to not have commented. I gave this a 7 and I DNV (did not vote) on the winning image as I believed it to be oversaturated and created. You deserved the blue and have been robbed.

Congrats on the red ribbon -- should have been the blue. Congrats as well on taking over the top spot on the K3 page .... always great to see a fellow Pentaxian on the front page.

A very great image of the real eclipse without any fancy PS touch up. It appears to be floating to my eye. Great natural tonality. Congrats on the red!
