 The camera was set to Bulb, the room was dark, and then the model was flashing herself from above, while hiding the flash with the hands. It turned out quite nice way to have a theme repeated in a photo!
Given the dark theme, the title seems appropriate!

Harshly lit tripled model makes for a compelling and unusual image. Looks like a row of caryatids.
