This was once a major office furniture supplier for San Antonio. They later became an agent for Herman Miller. In 2000 they were bought out by Miller. I met a man who said he has been trying to buy the building for over ten years, with no luck. Said current owner will not sell. He explained the history of the building. It is right on the San Antonio Riverwalk.
Abandoned would be my guess though the window panes look to be surprisingly intact. I love old industrial areas like this - so much interest in the shapes, colors and textures.
