Drove out to the coast for some me time. I pulled into a space, ocean side, at Depoe Bay (OR). The only space open was in front of this rock (monument?) with a plaque. It blocked my ocean view. Just happenstance, the sun was behind the rock and I noticed the seagull standing on top. I took a few pics through the windshield. It was cold (40 deg and breezy). This gentleman walking by stopped to take a pic of the seagull perched on top of the rock.
