 This is a red-tailed hawk. I humbly note the eye is never an owl-like bright yellow. They are diurnal raptors. I've got the eye about right. And, the feather colors I've presented are very close to natural. The feathers are never brighter (more saturated) than this, lest they lose their natural camouflage.
