| If these were really dead, (& I trust they are), they you have a rare find to still have that much vibrant color. |

| I find the placement of the brown mass on top to be disconcerting, maybe deliberately so, as is death. It's all nicely set off by the surrounding bright greenery and yellowing leaves, as noted in the title. |
