Really thought this was the blue, and I didn't pick this as yours, although I should of. |

I truly like the ladder on the back looking like a huge pencil. It takes away the boring portrait tendency of showing just the head. Marvelous. Welcome back John! |

The expression (and sizing within the frame)of this man is subtle perfection. |

A portrait needs to convey personality and this shot does just that. |

This is my favorite portrait in this challenge! I keep thinking about it.
He looks familiar... does he resemble somebody to me in real life or in imagination, like a character from a book...
Great light and colors! And this look...

A lovely portrait that is spoiled a little by the object leaning against the wall. Still I like it. Good luck !

An absolute portrait of a facet of a country also (unless I am wrong) but this man is French and he knows that "la jeunesse est une courte erreur, et la vieillesse un long regret" (Henry Duvernois) (the youth is a short error and old age a long regret)
Amazing shot and a enthusiastic applause from me |

My only nine.
Can't really say anything, it just has the look I like. |

I don't like the sun umbrella on the left, a vertical crop would remove the distraction. Great expression, though. |
