So -- this was NOT the idea for the challenge. This was the idea for the challenge:



Three blind mice, cutting off the tail. That's a knife back through there with the tail (my husband couldn't figure it out.)

There wasn't supposed to be a cat in the shot. I even locked up Moriarty before I started working on the shot, because I knew he'd be a problem.

But Cinders hardly ever causes problems during photo shoots. I thought I was safe. But when I started shooting, she started deciding she wanted the mice. Their tails were interesting!



(I liked this shot a lot, but the dof was a problem, and I thought it was more about the cat than the mice.)

It still is kind of sad that no matter how hard I try, the shots that I imagine are never as interesting as the shots that the cats create. They're just better at design than I am. Hopefully they won't start taking pictures, too. They'll probably be better at that, as well. :)

What a creative idea. I like the light on the wall, and everything is nice and sharp. But I found the reflection on the floor a bit distracting. Voted 7.
