- Apply yellow filter
- Back into LR3
- Smooth skin
- Iris Enhance
- Dodge and burn
- Sharpen and increase Contrast on hair
- Save for web

I'm unsure about what is going on with her eyes,they seem to have an extra that other folks don't.
Maybe its the eyes that I look into that are lacking ! I'll go look into some more.
