I agree about the pose and not cropping the knees. This is the best of the bunch. Good Job.

This is a nice shot with good lighting. I would try adjusting the crop a bit to avoid cutting off his elbow/knee. However it may look better the way you have it. As far as pose goes (rhyme :D) I would have had him pull his left sleeve up a tad. These are really minor things I like this shot.
