 An old portrait from 2006 that I dug out of my digital "shoebox." I found the original RAW file and decided to refresh it using my current editing techniques. I normally like to avoid actions and presets (still have never used actions and never will), but lately I've taken to VSCO's film emulating presets for Adobe Lightroom. They aren't always appropriate for what I'm doing, but I like to apply them sometimes to images that I want to have a "film feel" to them... if that makes any sense. I used the Kodak Porta 800 emulation on this image, then applied my own personal touches to it.
