Windmills can be so fascinating, especially rusty ones! Good find.
My take is: Your subject is a target (dead center). A completely different perspective could help this be more interesting. Get in closer and down low maybe. Mind your power lines. :) There is no interest in the sky (no clouds). You cannot control the clouds, but you can choose when you go shoot. :) Overall the photo feels very flat to me. Hitting it with some contrast would be an idea. I would like to see you reshoot this on a day with better sky, perhaps during the golden hour or early morning and see what you can do with it. |
