 Taken around 9am in the morning. I was standing there, nose to screen, looking up into the huge water oak that resides in the backyard thinking about 9...and acorns. Absentmindedly I turned and wrote "9" on the dusty window, then considered myself inspired. The morning light this time of year pushes me into some kind of reverie. It's not much, but I guarantee I'll remember how that mottled sun felt on my face, that it was the first cool morning in months...and that I washed those windows as soon as I put my camera down. Just another place marker on a timeline in a house of good light.

That's nearly as pretty as the picture! And you do have good light - but it takes a great eye to see it.
