This is another version of my fourth highest (for now) rated photo titled Tandem. Its heavily PS'd which I couldn't do for the challenge entry. I changed the sky from gray to blue & cloudy, and dodged the wings to get more detail. The geese would take off every morning in formation about the same time, and I took photos of them each morning for about two weeks. They aren't aligned that perfectly. The top goose is actually further back, and just happened to get more lift during takeoff.

cool image was this a photo shop job or did you actualy get lucky enough to catch the two birds lined up so well? I think the blue is a little too bright causing the ducks to apear dark and less defined. I feel that the ducks would have looked outstanding with if the had been a little lighter allowing you to see the large variety of tones that this shot hints at. Overall this is a very eye catching and difficult shot. Keep up the great shots. Tristalisk.
