I'm certainly seeing what I get but the blackness of the foreground does not grab my attention in a good way. The effect is undoubtedly bold and unexpected.
Not a photograph I find of much interest. Perhaps I'm missing the point of it? Can't tell if that's a fence or wall. And the dark vs light just doesn't work well (for my style).
