Altogether a terrific find.

"In the advertising and marketing textbooks, which Shirley(the Queen of Pies) had not read, it was a basic principle to advertise that the Beer was cold- and let the consumer assume the Pizza would be hot."

Nice how you didn't put the closed sign in evidence which obliges the viewer to look where the "Pizzaless Tuesday" comes from.
