 The purple and dusty pink Buddleia at the front of the yard provide the color in the background bokeh. I like that the bird's left foot is still dangling after its release from the bird feeder, and I love the bokeh this lens produces.

I like the motion of the bird. The background kind of detracts from the overall image in my opinion.

The bokeh is going to embrace him. What I've always loved is when you can actually see the number of blades in the bokeh. 7 in this case if I'm not mistaken?

The soft, muted colors, the pastel bokeh, contrast wonderfully with the in focus bird feeder
