 Let me try and remember what all I did. First I made the canvas size larger, added in two stock images of a stormy sky and tornado, a lot of dodge and burning, topaz clarity just on the sky, in color efex I did tonal contrast, darken lighten center and cross process, did a silver efex layer on luminosity mode. more dodge and burning, added some "dust" at the base of the tornado.

Very wonderful take! Great mood, darker and edgier than I would normally edit. The boundary line between the hills and the clouds could be a little more refined but that's minor.
