 Worked on RAW file in LR with shadows, highlights, clarity and contrast. Opened in CS5, topaz clarity, color efex tonal contrast, darken lighten center, film grain and cross processing, silver efex black and white on luminosity, dodge and burn, cloned lights on ceiling, burned edges more. Black and white layer in CS5, librodo sharpening

The contrast here just goes BANG!

I love the reflections in the ceiling - didn't notice those until I saw your image!
